It hasn’t been a good day for Lindsay Lohan. She has failed a second drug test that involved amphetamines and a judge has issued a warrant for her arrest.

Superior Court Judge Elden Fox issued the bench warrant in Beverly Hills, but Lohan will remain free pending a Friday court hearing, according to officials from Los Angeles County Superior Court.

It is so obvious this chick is sick and needs help, and frankly the fact that her mother keeps insisting she is fine so she can keep working and taking care of the family makes me ill.

The judge assigned to Lindsay Lohan’s case has had it. She..like everyone else…does not accept the ‘someone-stole-my-passport’ story as a justification for missing her 8:30am court date.

Judge Marsha  Revel set bail at $100,000 and said Lindsay can post bail and remain free until the next court hearing, IF she does the following:

- Drink no alcohol
- Wear a SCRAM bracelet
- Submit to random drug testing at least once a week

I’d say Lindsay is going to end up in jail before the end of next week.

Judge Revel says there is reason to believe that Lindsay still has a drug and alcohol problem. You think?

Lindsay did give an half-assed attempt to get home in time by sending the following email to all her family and friends yesterday: “I need my friends, and people I work with to PLEASE help me get on a private plane tomorrow by at least 5pm. This is such a horrible thing that’s happened to me and extremely unfortunate. My passports been stolen and the day before my court hearing. I would never ask such a thing, but if there’s anything that I could ever ask of anyone, it would be to help me with this.” She then goes on to ask for a private jet.”

Apparently everyone in her life is taking Dr. Drew’s advice and has stopped enabling the whacked out Lindsay because as of right now she is still in France with a warrant for her arrest waiting on her when she gets home.

It was a big hot mess at Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson’s house yesterday. After claiming all weekend that the warrant issued for her arrest was a mistake, Lindsay and Sam had the biggest lover’s quarrel of them all. This one even ended up with a window being broken, cops pacing around their yard and then finally setting up camp down the street.

By all accounts, the cops were there because of a domestic issue, not to arrest Lindsay for the outstanding warrant.

Lindsay Lohan has supposedly been living clean and sober and within the confines of the law for a year now, but her past is coming back to bite her in her way too skinny ass.

“In response to media inquiries, [the] Beverly Hills Police Department is confirming a warrant was in fact issued today [March 13] for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan. The $50,000 warrant issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court stems from a May 2007 arrest of Miss Lohan for DUI and hit-and-run. The circumstances leading to the issuance of the warrant by the court are not readily available at this time. It is our hope that Miss Lohan will surrender herself so that this matter will be resolved in a timely manner.”
