On January 8th a clerical error on the Hollywood Foreign Press Association website may have given away the winner of the Golden Globe for the Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture category.

On its official website on Thursday (08Jan09), the Hollywood Foreign Press Association – which runs the awards show – listed all the nominees, but there was a star next to Anne Hathaway’s name in the Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama category.

Of course the HFPA is refusing to comment on what the star means, but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure it out. Anne was nominated for her performance in Rachel Getting Married. She’s up against Meryl Streep, Kate Winslet, Angelina Jolie and Kristin Scott Thomas.

Someone is gonna be standing in the unemployment line tomorrow. Well, if you are gonna f-something up…I say f-it up big!

Cupid deserves a pay raise. He did his magic love work fast for sweet Anne Hathaway. Just a few months after she had to dump her thiefin’ boyfriend Raffaello Follieri, Anne has found love again with fellow actor Adam Shulman.

Anne let it slip last month that was someone in L.A. that was “doing it for her right now” and this week the new couple were seen enjoying a break together in New Orleans, where Anne is currently promoting her new movie Rachel Getting Married.

Adam, who starred on the TV series American Dreams told Life & Style magazine, “We met through mutual friends. I came to support Anne. We’ve never been to New Orleans before – it’s our first time.”

I hope someone gives Raffaello a copy of that magazine so he can look at it while he is sitting on his cold, metal prison toilet.

Raffaello Follieri has been reaching out from behind the bars of prison cell in attempt to speak with his ex-girlfriend, Anne Hathaway.

An insider tells In Touch, “She wasn’t home to accept the charges, but there was a message left on her voicemail from the automated operator. She’s got mixed emotions about missing the call. She doesn’t want to speak to him, but this is someone she has a history with.”

Anne is soooo over this loser. She has moved on and found a new dreamboat to get all goo-goo over. “This guy I know in L.A. is kind of doing it for me right now. When I think of sexy, I think of him,”

Why oh why do we all love the bad boy? Anne Hathaway’s scumbag-criminal ex-boyfriend is still causing her trouble months after the messy break-up. Raffealo Follieri was arrested in June for fraud and most people believe that Anne was instrumental in helping the FBI gather enough info for an arrest.

And what does she get for her trouble? Soon to be leaked very personal, professionally shot nude photographs that the FBI seized from a storage unit full of Follieri’s personal documents. Anne’s brother tried to recover the pictures from the unit for his sister, but found out the FBI had already been there.

According to the Enquirer, Follieri had reportedly taken several nude photos of Hathaway, Gawker writes. The piece de resistance of which is a prized and “sizzling” photo of her in black fishnet stockings, a garter belt and bustier that completely exposes her top portion. Follieri is believed to have paid a famous photographer to take that picture.

The photographer is believed to have copies of the pictures as well as several of scumbag Follieri’s friends. It’s just a matter of time before they surface. Follieri is probably working on a deal to sell them as we speak, since all his other fraudelent income is no longer coming in.
