Nicole Richie thinks shopping is more important that getting help for the life threatening non-eating disorder she has. Nicole left the $80,000 a month treatment center, Beau Monde, just 72 hours after checking in to go shopping. Star magazine says the staffers at the facility begged her to stay and say that Nicole is in complete denial and oblivious to how sick she really is.

Well at least she has her priorities straight.
