Transformers star Shia LaBeouf was arrested for trespassing at a Chicago Walgreens early Sunday morning. Shia and crew had been out partying at Chicago hot spot The Underground before making a pit stop at the drug store at 2am (for whatever you need from a drug store at that hour). Shia was arrested after ignoring repeated requests from the security guard to leave the store.

Shia was arrested on a misdemeanor count of trespassing and posted bail at 7am that morning. The above mentioned security guard is also suing Shia. No word on exactly the suit is for but we are willing to bet the fact that Shia is young, handsome, talented and rich and the security guard works the graveyard shift at a Walgreens in Chicago has something to do with it.
