Rosanne Barr To Replace Rosie O’Donnell On The View?

Since Rosie O’Donnell couldn’t get any control The View she won’t be renewing her contract, so say the insiders. And now the task of finding someone with a big enough mouth to replace her has begun and the front runner for the job is Roseanne Barr.
“They’re missing strong personalities on that show, and that’s what they’re going to need if they want to keep it going,” says an ABC staffer.
When Larry King asked Roseanne last week about joining the cast of The View she danced around the question and joked that she would want “$10 million like Rosie got”. But she never said she wouldn’t take it if offered.
Other names that have surfaced as possible replacements for Rosie are Joan Rivers, Whoopi Goldberg, Kathie Lee Gifford and Connie Chung. Industry insiders have also floated Bette Midler and Kathy Griffin.
If anyone other than Whoopi or Bette get the job its just another reason to make sure you don’t watch this show.
