All in all, Karma has been good to Rihanna. After suffering through her troubles with Chris Brown she now has to deal with those ugly Jay Z affair rumors and worry about Beyonce kicking her ass, at least the universe is trying to get square with her.

A source tells Page Six that Rihanna is getting paid a staggering $500,000 to perform at a New Year’s Eve bash at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi — her first-ever performance in the Middle East. The source said, “She was supposed to perform back in May [in Abu Dhabi], but she cancelled in the aftermath of the assault [by ex-boyfriend Chris Brown. This is a make-up date.”

A half a million dollars can’t ever erase the pain of what she had to go through, but it can sure buy alot of stilettos.
