Reese Witherspoon Sues Star Magazine

Reese Witherspoon is pissed. She filed a lawsuit against Star Magazine June 21, 2006 for publishing a cover story claiming she was pregnant.
Us Weekly Reports:
Actress Reese Witherspoon filed a lawsuit against Star magazine Wednesday June 21 in Los Angeles County Superior Court, claiming that the tabloid published an inaccurate story that she is pregnant “in a callous effort to boost the tabloid’s sagging sales.�
Reads the lawsuit: “Contrary to the fabricated Cover Story, the true facts are that [Reese] is not pregnant, does not have a ‘baby bump’ and has not otherwise gained weight such that she has had to resort to wearing ‘Empire-waist dresses,’ ‘baggy clothing,’ or an ‘old-fashioned 1920’s bathing suit.’�
