Rare Sighting: Nicole Richie At McDonald’s

Heard the rumor that the ‘rehab’ Nicole Richie just went through was actually a hospital stay to remove her gastric band so she could eat and gain weight? It would explain her adamant denials of an eating disorder, and recent pictures of Nicole do show a small weight gain. If she was really working with a nutritionist, would she be visiting McD’s? She doesn’t appear to be happy to be caught at McDonald’s noshing on junk food. See bird flip picture below.
