Comments on not giving up his "nasty cigarettes" and calling him an "idiot" for not quitting... Obviously the writer of this story is a VERY judgemental person, as well as a non-smoker. I am happy, you completely understand what it is like to TRY to quit after being a lifelong smoker. I am one myself, and have tried to put them down several times, but have yet been able to. I have smoked for 23 years, about a pack a day, but have been able to, at times, cut it down to a pack or two a WEEK, but yet cannot completely toss it. Why dont you pull your head out and show a little respect for a man who has accomplished more than YOU have, rather than ASSUMING you know what it is like, to try to quit a lifelong habit.
