Paris Hilton’s shrink has declared that she is too ‘distraught and traumatized’ from her recent jail sentencing to testify in a slander and libel suit that is being brought against her by actress Zeta Graff.

 Dr. Charles Sophy gave his finding to the LA Superior Court on Monday. Paris is facing an order to testify in the civil trail on May 21, but Dr. Sophy says that Paris needs time to “recover” from her jail sentence before she can be of any use in court.

“Given (Hilton’s) current psychological and emotional state…(she’s) not capable of any meaningful participation in a trail.”

Sophy says that Paris ‘fears incarceration’. Of course she does. She’s going to get her skinny white butt kicked in there. Brilliant!

Don’t you love how Paris and fam have gone all “proper” since the sentencing? Kathy even managed to get Paris and Nicky in white in a church in the daylight hours, probably the first time since thier communion.
