She is green with envy that her freinemy Nicole Richie is benefiting from her grown-up family life. She’s said on numerous occasions that she is ready for marriage and babies and it looks like she’s just waiting on Benji Madden to pop the question (or pop her).

We don’t doubt for one minute that PHil bought and wore this green satin dress because she knew it made her look pregnant. Hell, we wouldn’t even put it past her to wear a fake baby belly. She’s an idiot but she’s good at getting the buzz going. Maybe she wants Benji to see how much attention they would get if she was knocked up.
