Paris Hilton was released from jail early today because of an undisclosed medical problem and will fulfill the reminder of her sentence in home confinement.  The let the whiney heiress go home around 2am this morning with an ankle monitor on after only serving five days in jail. Because of this special arrangement, that we would love to know who her daddy had to pay off to get, Paris must serve her original full sentence of 40 days.

“Because she has agreed to this through her attorney, her sentence is now back up to the 45 days. She has served already five days so that’s 40 days,” he explained.

What a complete and utter breakdown of our legal system kids. We’ve all had friends and family in jail for the same thing Paris was convicted of, or possibly even less, and did they get such lenient treatment? Hell no. So to summarize, Paris must stay in her lux home for the next 40 days and have people go get stuff for her. That’s her punishment. Way to go Justice!!!!
