The official reason that Paris Hilton was released from jail and allowed to finish her sentence under house arrested is citied at psychological problems. It’s probably 20% for that reason and 80% but can you image the pain in the ass she was jail? And not to mention her attorney and doctor hounded the administration every minute of the day. Oh’vey.

In a far cry from her strong statement last week that she turned down going to a cush pay jail, Paris had this to say today:

“I want to thank the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and the staff of the Century Regional Detention Center for treating me fairly and professionally. I am going to serve the remaining 40 days of my sentence. I have learned a great deal from this ordeal and hope that others have learned from my mistakes.”

We never had much love for the PH to begin with. But now she has no street cred with us either.
