Six months after Hugh Hefners actual birthday, this clip of Pamela Anderson giving Hef his birthday cake completely nude has surfaced. The clip aired on E!’s hit show The Girls Next Door this week. You would think that if you are Hugh Freakin’ Hefner you could get a bigger cake than that….yeah I know Pam is naked. But Hef see’s naked all day…and he’s seen Pam naked more times that his old ass can count anymore.
