Designer Michael Kors rocks! He is heading up a new fashion trend – flat out refusing to work with super-skinny models. The fashion guru, and Project Runway judge, says he is sick of seeing unnaturally, unhealthy skinny girls and will not hire them anymore. He says, “Thin is fine but it has to be healthy. When I see a model come in and I look and I can tell this is not naturally how they’re supposed to look, we don’t book them.â€?

Michael Kors announcement has come just as the organizers of the Madrid Fashion Week in Spain, which begins next this week. The organizers have insisted all catwalk models take and pass a body mass index test. Andy model with a BMI of less than 18, based on their height and weight, will not be allowed to walk.
