Nicole  Richie is all about the fashion. She is also about to blow up all over your television. In addition to the sitcom she’ll be starring in next year, she is set to star as a guest judge on the season seven premiere of Project Runway.

It’s always fun to see what guest judges they pull in on PR. It’s hit or miss. They’ve had great ones…Rachel Zoe..Victoria Beckham..you know people who actually know something about fashion. But they’ve also had Debra Messing and Lindsay Lohan so you really just never know…it’s like they are just blindly reaching out to what ever celebrity is available that day. It’s a fashion crap shoot.

“Nicole is a fabulous guest judge,” says “Project Runway” executive producer Sara Rea. “She has strong opinions and gives clear and specific constructive criticism to the designers. Also, she isn’t afraid to disagree with the other judges.”

Project Runway premieres Thursday, January 14 at 10 p.m. on Lifetime Television.
