Nicole Richie falls off the wagon and gets arrested for DUI. Although preliminary alcohol screening revealed that Nicole was not under the influence of alcohol, she did admit to smoking marijuana and taking vicodin. She was arrested around 5am Monday morning and released a few hours later. Interesting fact, the booking sheet reveals that Nicole is 5″1′ and weighs only 85 lbs. Yikes! Nicole was busted by two motorists that called 911 after seeing an SUV going the wrong way on the 134 Freeway in Burbank. Just how much weed and vicodin would it take to make an 85 pound girl drive the wrong way? Probably not much.
What a scary situation for the other motorists, and we are glad that no one was hurt. And of course its terrbily sad that Nicole is smoking pot and taking pills after going through rehab in 2003 for a herion addiction. But at least we get to see this rockin’ booking photo of Nicole.
