Nicole Richie and DJ AM Visit In and Out Burger

Is this another of Nicole’s brilliant plans to make folks thinks she eats? Is this just a photo op or could it be a trip to a burger joint to cure the munchies? Nicole does look high in these pics, but it’s probably just the complete lack of body fat giving her the dazed and confused expression.

Now let’s tackle the next issue here. What is her ex doing in the car? Is it possible they have worked out their differences and the relationship is on the mend? The rumor mill reports the reason the two split in the first place was because Nicole had issues to deal with, most thought those issues were her weight and her food issues. Maybe this trip to In and Out Burger is some sort of relationship therapy. That sounds about right for Hollywood.
