As is the tradition on Hollywood, Nicole Richie is almost back to her pre-baby weight just 11 days after giving birth to her son Sparrow James Midnight Madden. Although, admittedly she does have a bit of a pooch still..but give her diet of coffee and sushi to kick in and she’ll be right as rain.
Nicole claims that while she was pregnant that she would send beau Joel Madden out at “2 or 3 a.m. to pick up In-N-Out Burger.” Yeah, that may have happened one time. When you need to get the weight off fast to get back to work the best defense is a good offense. Don’t gain much baby weight to begin with.
Nic also lost the baby weight fast after having Harlow in 2008. She claims that quick rebound was due to breastfeeding and the “bland” foods, like soup and fish she ate while nursing.
