Anna Nicole Smith’s new attorney says she will not submit her baby girl for DNA testing as requested by former boyfriend, Larry Birkhead. That is unless Birkhead’s lawsuit goes his way. Birkhead has filed a lawsuit seeking a court order that would force Anna Nicole to bring the baby to California for a DNA test. The hearing will be in LA on October 26, if Birkhead is confirmed to be the father, he could receive custody and possibly child support. Could that be way Anna ran off to the Bahama’s and claimed that Howard Stern was her baby’s daddy at the last minute? Is it possible that Anna Nicole had such lucid thoughts that far in advance? Is Anna really dumb like a fox?
