Orlando Bloom sure has gotten over his skin and bones ex-girlfriend, Kate Bosworth, quickly. He’s been seen out at L.A. hotspots with the voluptous Penelope Cruz. Reports say that Orlando is trying to flaunt his new relationship as revenge for Kate bebopping all over town with male model, James Rousseau.
