Almost two months after her arrest, Mischa Barton has been charged with DUI and possession of marijuana. The unemployed actress was also charged with driving without a valid license.

Mischa was busted on December 27 after her car was seen weaving through two lanes of traffic. She will be arraigned on the misdemeanor charges this Thursday.
