Just hours after we posted a story about Mischa Barton imbibing some herb in public, she goes and gets herself arrested for DUI. The out of work actress was handcuffed and arrested on the corner of La Cienga and Santa Monica Blvd in L.A. at 2:46am this morning. She was charged with Driving Under the Influence and driving without a license. As of right now Mischa is still being held and her bond has been set at $10,000. Does it seem odd to you kids that she is still in jail? Celebs usually get out in about five hours.

Looks like we have our next party girl meltdown in making.
