Gidget Gein aka Brad Stewart, former bassist for Marilyn Manson was found dead in his home in Burbank from a suspected heroin overdose. Gein had been an early member of Manson’s The Spooky Kids and is widely credited with the bringing more of the gross-goth style to the band that Mr. Manson himself. Gein was replaced by Twiggy in 1993 after his drug addiction escalted to a point that freaked out the record company. He was famously “fired by FedEx” when Manson sent a cold hearted dismissal letter to his friend through Federal Express.

Gein went on to form another ‘glumcore’ band but never quite got to the depressed suburban white kids like Manson did. Instead, he moved on to working at coroner’s office in Florida and used that experience to inspire his Gollywood art work. Other sources say he was just about to start working on a new solo record with former Janes Addiction producer, Dave Jerden.
