It’s true that three men were arrested near Kate Hudon’s NY City home, but it’s not as nafarious as it sounds. A neighbor of Kate’s called 911 “after seeing what she thought were men on (Hudson’s) roof with a rifle’.

When the police arrived they found three men running amok on nearby rooftops carring a toy rifle. They were also carrying a script with them and turned out to be film students. Let this be a lesson to all you rogue film students out there. There is always a nosy neighbor looking out the window.
