If the title of this story means nothing to you, then skip it and read on. If you know who I’m talking about you are huge General Hospital fan. (I’s ok to admit it, this is a safe place) I must admit that GH was a part of my life for as far back as I can remember. My mother was a stay at home and never missed an episode and passed her addiction on to me. I was really more of the Frisco and Felicia generation and really found Luke and Laura quite boring. But I may have been wrong. According to Yahoo news, the following has happened to Laura in the past few years:

She died, and was brought back to life. She killed her stepfather. She gave birth to a son by an adulterous affair, and now Nikolas is a single dad after the baby’s mother died of a virus. Her other son, Lucky, is addicted to painkillers. Her daughter, Lulu, recently aborted a child after being impregnated by a stepbrother.

Oh, and Spencer spent the last four years in a catatonic state — waking up just in time to marry Luke again this Thursday on “General Hospital,” 25 years to the day after their first wedding.

Maybe they were cooler than I thought. You will all be glad to know that I broke my GH addiction some time in my 20’s when I realized that my real life was way more exciting than Port Charles. Unless Rick Springfield were to come back.
