Lindsay Lohan estranged father Michael Lohan says his daughter is suffering from several addictions, including alcohol and the painkiller Oxycontin.

“I spoke to the people treating Lindsay, because I wanted to make sure she was getting the right care, and I’m satisfied they are doing the right thing for her, helping her detox from the painkillers and things. That’s a very important step.”

It’s nice that after years of acting a fool himself he is finally taking an interest in his daughters life. Maybe if he hadn’t been out partying while she was younger, she might not be in rehab now.
