Lindsay Lohan’s weary publicist Steve Honig has quit after nearly two years – apparently not because of her antics – but because he was fed up with dealing with her father Michael Lohan. No worries for Honig though, his PR firm, The Honig Company, also reps Courtney Love, Brooke Mueller, and troubled comedian Gilbert Gottfried. So he’s still got lots of crazy to focus on.

Apparently Honig could deal with the jewellery heists, health scares, car accidents, and 911 calls but he couldn’t deal with her daddy. What a blow for Lilo. Is it not bad enough that she had fallen so far her agent’s client list included the above trainwrecks AND Victoria Gotti? Now she’s been FIRED by him? Who the hell is she going to get to represent her now?

According to E! News, Honig’s breaking point arrived Wednesday night after the 26-year-old starlet’s father failed at his attempted drug intervention last Friday. ’I'm not discussing this out of respect for my client,’ Steve said without elaborating further.
