Linsday Lohan has been laying low since her last DUI arrest on July 24, but she was finally spotted quietly making her way to her mom Dina Lohan’s house in Long Island, NY last Friday. We still don’t know if Lindsay has been back in a treatment program for the past two weeks or if she was just plain hiding out but either way it’s most likely a good thing that she is out of L.A.

Whie we wait for more news on Lindsay’s situation let’s try to collectively figure out if Lindsay was on the wagon or off the wagon during this Elle magazine photoshoot.
