I’m afraid I have to agree with born again Michael Lohan on this one. After hearing the judge in his daughters case only gave her an additional year on probation for skipping out on her addiction counseling, he told Maury that, “There’s nothing left of her”.

Daddy Lohan later told RadarOnline that, “I’ve just gotten off the phone with the judge and I’m not happy.She needs to put my daughter in rehab. How could that judge have let her just walk in to court and walk right back out? The least they could have done was give her a drug test at the door.”

Normally I disregard most of this man’s fodder, but he seems to the only one in the entire world sincerely concerned about this girl’s life. Think I’m being overly dramatic? This is what Lilo looked like in court yesterday…When do you think the last time that skin saw some sunshine?

An eyewitness at the court says Lindsay looked “disheveled and strung-out with blood shot eyes and an alarmingly skinny frame.” It’s hard to remember that she is only 23 years old.
