People magazine is reporting that Lindsay Lohan has finally checked out of Cirque Lodge Treatment Center in Utah where she has been since August.

“She’s finished the program. Lindsay is done, but she may come back for outpatient treatment. She over-extended her stay because she wanted to. She could have been out awhile ago, but she chose to stay.”

Lindsay’s father Michael Lohan has finally stepped up to fix the mess he made being such a awful father and has repaired his broken relationship with his daughter. He was even photographed acting the dutiful dad as he carried Lindsays suitcases as she checked out the treatment center.
