Radio host JJ Ryan from KFRX radio in Nebraska says that he’s got the inside scoop from the horses mouth and tells OK Magazine that Lindsay Lohan is in fact engaged to her rehab boyfriend, Riley Giles.

The dj was trying to get Riley to appear on his radio show and somehow in the information exchange that followed, JJ got Riley to fess up that he and Lindsay want to get married.

“I read an article about [Riley’s] ex-fiance; I was trying to book her on my radio show,” JJ explains to OK!. “I saw on her MySpace that she was bickering with Riley, so I went back to the article and realized it was Lindsay’s man! This is when I e-mailed him, and tried to get him on the show.”

Lindsay’s people have yet to comment, but isn’t some sort of AA or NA rule that you don’t get heavily involved for a year after recovery?
