This compiled list of the top 20 Dumbest People In Hollywood is in response to Entertainment Weekly’s list of the smartest people in Hollywood.  EW proclaimed the man behind “Knocked Up” and “Superbad” Judd Apatow as its smartest celebrity. EW based their list off of “book smarts and streets smarts, financial genius and emotional intelligence.” The criteria for the NYDN dumb list was not only low IQ points but they also took in account other factors such as “poor life choices, style slipups and mishaps under the influence.” Knowing that, it comes as no suprise that Lindsay Lohan was voted numero uno.
