Instead of a colossal blowout in Las Vegas, Lindsay Lohan celebrated her 21st birthday quietly Monday in rehab. Lindsay’s mother and siblings flew in to LA over the weekend for what Lindsay’s mom said would be just a family celebration.

Lindsay did treat herself over the weekend with a brand new blinky iPhone and a trip to the boutique Planet Blue and a dinner with friends on Friday night where Lindsay sipped on water, tea and diet coke. I know, it’s shocking just to type those words but I couldn’t be happier to report it.
