Lindsay Lohan apparently doesn’t think she will be well enough to host her 21st birthday party at Pure nightclub in Las Vegas. Lindsay has cancelled her party with no plans to reschedule. The folks at Pure say they are sorry that Lindsay cancelled, but they wish her the best.
