I don’t believe that Lindsay Lohan is completely sober yet. If she was, would she really wear this outfit to Britney Spear’s birthday party? Probably. I am of the opinion that Lindsay Lohan is the worst dressed actress in Hollywood. She looks like Cher dressing as Pocahontas at Studio 54. No, not even that good.
