Lindsay Lohan was arrested early this morning for DUI after police got report of a car chase on the streets of Santa Monica. Lindsay was charged with DUI, transporting a narcotic, driving on a suspended license and possession of cocaine. I guess that alcohol monitoring bracelet didn’t work, huh? Her blood alcohol level was between .12 and .13 which is well over the .08 legal limit.

The chasing vehicle, a white Denali was being driven Lindsay, and she was chasing a Cadillac Escalade. She was given a field sobriety test then arrested for DUI. When searched at the station, cocaine was found in her pocket.

This should certainly mean jail time for LaLinds. She still has the other DUI charge that landed her in rehab in the first place pending trail. I think we can all admit openly now that Lindsay is just not a very bright girl and she has a MAJOR addiction problem. She needs to a good bootcamp style rehab, not some mamby-pamby celebrity treatment program.
