Lindsay Lohan, accompanied by the ever-present Samantha Ronson, spent over two hours at an Los Angeles hospital emergency room Thursday night. Sources say that the late night ER visit came after Lindsay complained about having difficulty breathing on a flight from New York.

Lindsay has used the ‘asthma’ excuse for hospital visits countless times before, and even has the world “breathe” tattooed on her wrist in white ink. Lindsay’s people quickly put some spin on the ER visit insisting that  she and Samantha were in the ER in the middle of the night to visit a friend.  Coincidentally, Lindsay has just started filming her new movie Labor Pains. The last thing LiLo needs is trouble with the movie big wigs on her first post-rehab movie.
