Sadly, Britney Spears is most def in another downward spiral and it’s just a matter of time before Sean and Jayden go to live with daddy full time. Kevin Federline has said that he is afraid that Britney is putting thier two boys at “unnecessary risk” with her erratic behavior.

In addition to the very public underwear swimming, the self-funded video shoot and disastrous OK! Magazine photoshoot and interview, Britney took the boys out sailing without life jackets. To be fair, it’s not a law that the kids should wear one on a boat as big as they were on, but still…most parents would err on the side of caution and put life vest on the kids.
