We knew it was coming. Kevin Federline is dragging Britney Spears back into court for an emergency custody hearing this Friday. The subject of this inquest will be the pictures and video of Britney running a red light with her kids sleeping in the back seat on November 8.

Britney was just in court last Thursday defending herself against claims that she had failed to appear for several court ordered drug tests. Speaking of drug tests, we are sure the recent reports that Britney actually failed a recent test will be talked about Friday.
