We all knew it was just a matter of time before Kevin Federline sued Britney Spears for full primary custody of their two boys, but we relieved it’s come sooner than later. Although Kevin and Britney agreed to joint custody when their divorce was finalized just two weeks ago, sources close to KFed say that he was worried Brit was exposing the boys to “unnecessary risk” and hopes to get primary custody soon.

And by “unnecessary risk” he means dragging a 22 month old and a 10 month old out to an Italian restaurant at 10:30pm for mommies daily photo op.
