Katie Holmes Turns Down Batman Sequel

Katie Holmes has turned down the chance to revise the role of Rachel Dawes in The Dark Knight, the sequel to Batman Begins. Katie’s people say she was unable to accept the role because of scheduling issues and is instead said to be set to star in a comedy titled Mad Money about three female Federal Reserve workers who plot to pocket old currently before it’s destroyed. Katie would be taking a HUGE pay cut and work for only $250,000 on the film that is said to co-star Queen Latifa. So what’s the big draw to this little film that Katie had to turn down a blockbuster for???? I smell Tom Cruise-ology on this one. Now the studio needs to find a new Batman chick, let’s see..Lindsay’s out of rehab….Drew Barrymore is single and wants to work…Mischa Barton desperately needs a job…any more ideas kids? Keep in mind the salary would be between $1 and $2 million dollars.
