Katie Holmes and BFF Victoria Beckham want to change the world. They have put their lollypop heads together and come up with a plan to develop something a line of clothing for children.

Us Weekly reports that Katie has drawn sketches of dresses she wanted Suri to have on her birthday and discussed it over a glass of wine with Victoria. Although Katie’s rep denies reports that the pair are starting a clothing company, Us Weekly says they have gone as far to enlist a pro from Gwen Stefani’s LAMB line to help them.

Another interesting fact that comes out of this story is that Katie is no stranger to a sewing machine. An employee at LA’s International Silk and Woolens says that Mrs. Cruise comes in all the time and actually makes pillows, curtains and all kinds of decorations for her home. I want to know if this is church approved?
