Kate Beckinsale, who we see countless photos of going to the gym, doing lunges outside the gym, leaving the gym, doing leg presses, doing more lunges, (my point is Kate work’s her little booty off to get that little booty) is blasting the idea of the perfect female Hollywood body. Kate wants all you beautiful chicas out there to know that we should not aspire to look like A-list stars, because that ‘look’ is just that, a ‘look’ and not reality.

She says, “I don’t think you can aspire to it, nor can I. Everybody is retouched, stretched, lengthened, slimmed and trimmed. I could look at a picture of myself from the past and think, ‘Why don’t I look like that now?’ It’s because I never have.”

It’s hard to take those words seriously when they are posted next to this untouched photo. It would apprear the perfect body ‘look’ is in fact a reality for gorgeous Kate. I’m not mad at her though, she puts in the time and the sweat with her trainer for this.
