An L.A. Country judge has just ordered that Britney Spears must be booked for hit-and-run before her next court appearance on Oct 25. Don’t get too excited about this news kids. Britney’s attorney’s will have her in and out so fast we won’t get any real satisfaction from her arrest.

It’s been a rough week for Britney. Not only has she just found out she will be formally arrested, it looks like she just might love her kids after all. Britney was photographed crying as she said good-bye to her boys after her weekly supervised visit with them in her Malibu home. Ah, see kids. The party girl does have a heart…but still no pants.
