OK! Magazine has a story on this week’s cover declaring that Jessica Simpson has been stress eating on tour and plans to lose her excess twenty or so pounds in just 8 weeks after her tour ends. Here is the no-fail brilliant plan that OK! claims Jess will follow and You Can Too!!! 1)Stay Active – 2) Decrease Sodium Intake – 3) Eat Nutritious Snacks – 4) Drink Plenty of Water 5) Eat Breakfast – 6) Eliminate Processed Foods – 7) Mix Up Her Work-Out – 9) Eat Green Leafy Veggies and last but not least 10) Do Not Eat Sugar At Night Sounds easy enough. See you kids in April minus 20 lbs.
