Jessica Simpson and John Mayer Hook-Up In New York

Despite a public split last week, Jessica Simpson hooked up with ex-boyfriend John Mayer in New York Sunday night. If the universe is right and fair this will turn out to be an after break-up booty call.

People magazine reports that a source close to the couple says,

“They saw each other last night. I have no idea what will happen with them tomorrow,” says one source. “I don’t think they’re sure. All I know is that they like each other and saw each other. Everyone’s waiting to see what’s going to happen.”

They have split and gotten back together before, so my dreams of a Jessica Free John Mayer may never come true. He just can’t seem to get him enough Simpson.
