New reports say that Jamie Lynn Spear’s may be lying about Casey Aldridge being the father of her baby. Star magazine insists that the real father is an older executive that works on Jamie’s TV show and would face statutory rape charges if the truth were told.

Friends have said that Jamie Lynn was no longer even seeing Casey and that he is only accepting responsibility for the child because he is being majorly paid off by the Spear’s family. The man that insiders suspect of fathering Jamie’s baby would face charges and prison if he came forward. But in the great state of Louisiana Jamie’s ex would escape charges because it’s legal for a 16 year-old to have sex with someone that is two years older than her and Casey falls neatly in that category by 26 days.

Family friends say that with the all craziness and disfunction surrounding Jamie Lynn that she went in search of someone to look up and take care of her and instead ended up being completely taken advantage of by a much older man. So why is Mama Spear’s not coming forward with the identity of the real scumbag that knocked-up her teenage daughter?
