The brilliant folks over at TMZ have some how obtained these disturbing photos of the inside of a small refrigerator in Anna Nicole Smith’s bedroom in the Bahamas. TMZ has confirmed these photos are real and these were the actual contents at the time of her death. It’s just so creepy.
Although Anna didn’t seem to keep much food in the tiny fridge, she did keep a large stock of Slim Fast, methadone and lots of other unidentified injectable medicines.
Alongside Anna’s Worcestershire sauce, yogurt and spray butter, is something called Miracle 2000 that appears to be a diet or nutritional aide. Could it have been the mixture of Slim Fast, methadone, Miracle 2000 and the unidentified drugs that killed Anna?

Several bottles of TRIMSPA sat right next to the fridge. Anna was an equal opportunity diet aid user. You know both companies are hating these photos. Slim Fast will forever be remembered as the most prominent product in Anna’s death fridge.
If I recall correctly, Anna’s son Daniel died from a combo of drugs that included methadone. TMZ says that law enforcement officers in the Bahamas say they have at least one witness that says Howard K. Stern supplied Daniel with methadone just before he died and flushed the rest down the toilet. That witness will be testifying next month at the coroner’s inquest into Daniel’s death. Was Howard K. Stern the “Smith’s Pusher-Man”?
