A judge in the Bahamas adjourned the custody battle over Anna Nicole Smith’s baby girl until next month. Anna’s mother, Virgie Arthur, and her former boyfriend, Larry Birkhead, were both in the Bahamas on Monday to fight for custody of little Dannielynn but since the judge made no ruling the living situation will stay the same with the baby staying with Stern until the next court date.

Birkhead told reporters after the hearing yesterday that he hopes to get to see his daughter soon, but TMZ is reporting that Birkhead has in fact already had a chance to see Dannielynn and is in negotiations over custody with Stern for the little girl. I think that translates into “payoff” for broke ass Howard, but don’t quote me on that kids.
